| AT&T Natural Voices for Server has been chosen by TeleHealth Services to use in their TIGR and TRMS products. TIGR is a fully interactive patient and staff education system featuring automated, video-on-demand access to the hospital's entire library of education videos and documented comprehensive testing from virtually any telephone and television in the hospital. TIGR stores educational program videos as digital computer files and, through file server technology, delivers these programs on-demand to multiple users throughout the hospital's existing television network. Tigr® Rental Management System (TRMS) is a fully-automated and cost-effective control system that takes the labor out of managing television and telephone rental programs. Using TRMS, TeleHealth's proprietary rental management system, patients can pick up their bedside telephones and dial-up the services they want without further assistance from hospital staff. The TRMS system automatically creates billing records. |
