Technical Support Services


	Technical Support for SDKs - TeamWizzard provides up to four hours of limited support free of charge for the SDKs that you license from us. This support is delivered via email and is primarily intended to assist you in getting the SDK installed and running in your development environment. You can contact us if you need this assistance following the purchase of an SDK license by clicking “contact us” For all “programming type” questions please see Technical Support for Developers below.
	Technical Support for Developers - Team Wizard also offers fee-based technical support via e-mail or telephony for developers in need of further “programming” type support for their speech project. This covers a broad range of development questions relating to the implementation of any speech technology licensed from Wizzard.
	Support for Speech Licensed Technologies - The speech products that we license are very well tested and stable. Even so, things may occasionally go wrong.. and when that happens we are here to assist you in determining the root cause. If the problem originated with the technology licensed from us we will explore the reason and suggest a course of action. If the problem is limited in scope to your environment, and requires a change to the product, we may propose a “product change” solution at your expense.
